Description:
Job Overview :
The Admissions Officer is responsible for managing the admissions process for prospective students and their families at Astor International School. This role involves providing information, guidance, and support throughout the admissions cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient process. The Admissions Officer will work closely with the School Principal and School Director.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, and in-person.
- Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information about the school.
- Coordinate student assessment with prospective students and families.
- Ensure that all required documentation is submitted and complete.
- Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and update the admissions database regularly.
- Work with the Director to develop and implement students’ recruitment strategies.
- Attend school fairs, open houses, and other events to promote the school and attract prospective students.
- Assist in marketing strategy and implementation
- Provide regular reports on admissions statistics and trends to the School Principal and School Director.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and external stakeholders.
Other responsibilities may include:
- Website management and Social Media management
- Student invoicing and contracts management
- Artwork design and events preparations management
- Ad hoc tasks from Director or Principal of the school
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Wix
- Knowledge of the international education market is a plus.
