Milestone Academy is seeking a highly efficient Admissions Officer who will play a key role in the Admissions, Consultations and Tribunals process across the Academy and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Local Authority SEN and Tribunal Officers, managing and prioritizing queries via phone and email efficiently.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records on consultations and appeals, registering new cases, and preparing essential documentation like tribunal bundles.
  • Supporting Senior Leaders by preparing responses within statutory timescales and attending related meetings, including pre-hearing sessions.
  • Ensuring business systems are accurate and up-to-date, and coordinating ‘New Starter’ meetings for newly accepted pupils.

This role requires strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills, with a focus on confidentiality and attention to detail. Be part of a team dedicated to supporting educational success!
This is a permanent opportunity working 31.75 hours per week, term time + 1 week and offers and actual salary of £20,885 per annum (£28,297 full-time equivalent).
