Admissions Officer (MENA & Europe) (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and evaluating incoming applications for Bachelor, online, and International Foundation Year programs
  • Advising and supporting potential students (over the phone and e-mail)
  • Preparation of statistics and reports in Salesforce
  • Supporting marketing activities and events i.e. Admission Days and on-campus SAT testing
  • Assisting in workflow documentation and knowledge transfer to other employees
  • Maintaining international transcript and document evaluation portals (IB, IGCSE, IELTS, etc.)
  • Coordination and support of regional International Recruitment Counselors

Your profile:

  • Degree / study (Bachelor Degree) or comparable qualification
  • Customer service experience and orientation
  • Experience with German university admission regulations i.e. anabin, KMK guidelines (desired)
  • Experience of living, working and/or studying overseas and working for a university or in international education
  • Experience with programs such as Salesforce
  • Intercultural communication skills and knowledge for Europe & MENA regions is beneficial
  • Excellent written and spoken English and intermediate Knowledge of French, Arabic or/and German is desirable
