Repton Abu Dhabi, Reem Island is based in the heart of ’new Abu Dhabi’. We follow a British independent school curriculum that incorporates elements of the English National Curriculum but which allows highly skilled teachers to develop an appropriate curriculum for an independent school in an international environment.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions & Parent Experience Executive to join our team at Repton Abu Dhabi.
As the Admissions & Parent Experience Executive, you will be the welcoming face of our school, serving as the initial and ongoing contact for both new and current parents. This pivotal role focuses on delivering exceptional support to our families, managing the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrollment, and maintaining long-lasting relationships that foster retention. You’ll work closely with the School Leadership Team to drive enrollments and enhance parent engagement, while embodying the values and ethos of our school.

- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within an educational setting, with a focus on parent relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage a diverse parent community.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Customer Experience Champion
- Serve as the primary contact for all parent inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing feedback with care.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience Champion
- Serve as the primary contact for all parent inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing feedback with care.
- Qualify leads, handle inquiries professionally, and manage logistics for school tours, open days, and assessments.
- Ensure every interaction highlights our school’s commitment to excellence and our unique ethos.
Admissions Process Management
- Present comprehensive admissions reports on enrollments, leavers, assessments, and tours to leadership.
- Accurately track and manage student data in CRM systems to support decision-making and smooth admissions processing.
- Collect and organize required documentation from parents, upholding data accuracy and CRM integrity.
Community Engagement
- Be well-versed in the school’s programmes and culture to effectively communicate with families.
- Collaborate with Marketing to promote the school’s achievements across social media and other channels.
- Support and deliver school events that strengthen our community’s engagement and raise our school profile.
Enrolment and Onboarding
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience for families from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Coordinate introductory communications, keeping new families informed and excited about joining our community.
- Maintain the highest standards of communication and efficiency in every step of the admissions journey.
- Ensure full compliance with the Ministry of Education and other relevant governing bodies during the admissions process, including timely completion of key tasks such as ADEK registration and required school documents.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Model the school’s values, adhere to safeguarding policies, and support the well-being of students.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all school policies.
- Actively seek professional development and contribute to the positive atmosphere of the school.
- Provide support to the reception teams during peak periods or absences.
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct reporting line managers or supervisors.
