Description:

DESCRIPTION

The Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) Admission Coordinator for the inpatient rehabilitation unit is an expert professional who is responsible for coordinating and facilitating access to inpatient rehabilitation services. This position is accountable for monitoring of appropriate utilization of unit services in accordance with current Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire; or
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire; or
  • Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • 2 years inpatient rehabilitation experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years experience in Case Management.
