Description:

We are seeking an Adobe DevOps Consultant with expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign, to join our world-class team in Toronto, ON, Canada. Responsibilities:

  • Successfully implement Adobe CX solutions for clients. Lead the development and support activities on AJO and Campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of Adobe solutions with existing systems, working closely with development and IT teams
  • Provide technical support to project teams including code reviews
  • Optimize system performance, implement security measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive business analysis based on client requirements, leading the technical solution to design and develop systems aligned with the client’s business requirements.
  • Work with and/or implement Adobe solutions to support use cases and customer journeys, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to design solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of client.
  • Monitor the technical progress of the team implementing Adobe solutions and platforms.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture, integration, API management, and cross-platform activation with a strong understanding of marketing technologies, digital analytics, customer data platforms, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Adept of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing as the situation demands to guide stakeholders in thinking through all aspects of the ask.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to lead workshops, define and prioritize client requirements and required capabilities and suggest best practices
  • Certification in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Campaign builder Customer Journey Analytics, and/or Offer Decisioning Engine are highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as: HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, OSGi, REST, GraphQL, Web Analytics, Single Page Application.
  • Understanding of Digital Experience platform landscape and experience with relevant Digital strategies and technologies with knowledge of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations
