Role name: Analyst

Role Description: - Platform Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, andoptimization of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimiser,Workfront, and Adobe Campaign.- Integration Leadership: Lead the integration of marketing technologies withother enterprise systems (Snowflake, SAS Marketing Automation, Analytics).- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of MarTech specialists,developers, and analysts.- Strategy Development: Develop and execute MarTech strategies that alignwith business goals and enhance customer journeys.- Project Management: Lead MarTech projects from inception to completion,ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and otherbusiness units to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketingtechnologies, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementingsolutions.- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors andservice providers, ensuring optimal performance and support.- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users andteam members to ensure effective use of marketing technologies.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team.- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and execution skills.- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologiesand tools.- Customer-Centric: Focus on enhancing customer experience throughtechnology.- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in MarTech, with at least 5years in a leadership role.- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are preferred.

Desirable Skills: Certifications: Relevant certifications in Adobe Experience Platform,Adobe Campaign, and other MarTech tools.- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile developmentenvironments.- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of modern marketing principlesand practices.- Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such asSnowflake,AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
