• Oversee operational execution of actions plans, achieving program-level targets.
• Build strong relationships with consortium agencies.
• Provide leadership and supervision to a team consisted of a Senior AOD Clinician, AOD practitioners, case managers and non-residential withdrawal clinical members.
• Oversee allocation of resources and budgets across the team or specialised area.
• Cross - collaborate at an organisational level or key stakeholder in shaping best practices, that are evidence-based, trauma-informed and related to client care
