The individual assists and supports community services program workers with a variety of basic needs assistance services.

Responsibilities:
- Assists in intake and assessment.
- Assists in interviews and in obtaining background information from clients, initiates and processes casework, identifies applicants; needs and makes appropriate referrals for health, social and employment services.
- Provides information and referral services.
- Provides clerical and/or secretarial support, including filing, data entry, and receptionist functions.
- Assist with casework administration.
- Assist in updating client contact logs, maintains necessary files and statistical information on clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and records.
- Promotes continuous quality improvement and service delivery that is aligned with the Agency’s mission.
- Perform related duties as required.
