Description:

Hours: 22.5 Hours
Base: 15 hours per week at River Bourne Health Club, Chertsey. 7.5 hours per week working remotely for system wide project work with occasional requirement to travel to SASH and RSCH for meetings.
The successful applicant will work alongside a supportive, friendly and passionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapy team. The post holder will be expected to work closely with the wider Perinatal MDT and to help implement national perinatal service guidance, changes to pathways within the ASPH trust and to play a key role in the training of midwives and perinatal support workers. They will take a lead role in the advanced assessment, clinical diagnosis and treatment of complex patients with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, including supporting pathways for management of complex perineal wound care and patients post Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injury. They will be responsible for managing waiting times within the services they support. In addition the post holder will spend 7.5 hours per week providing clinical and professional collaboration and leadership to the wider Surrey Heartlands integrated care system/ LMNS around the implementation of new perinatal services across the area including RSCH and SASH.
