If you are an experienced ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ENGINEER looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Rushville Indimake-to-orderanna Plant, this position is focused primarily on project support in a high mix / low volume, make to order manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for working with the Plant team and the various manufacturing plants to design, plan and deliver world class manufacturing solutions. This position will work collaboratively with Product Planning, Engineering and Operations to develop and launch products that are crafted for both performance and manufacturability.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Eng.
- Experience with PLC (Allen Bradley).
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Controls background.
- This position will involve travel (15% to 30%) to provide support to other Operations as vital.
- get along with all employees at all levels of the organization.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 3 to 5 Years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
- Solid understanding of Fanuc Robotics controls
- Proficient with 3D CAD software (NX, SolidWorks)Proficient in performing manufacturing PFMEA
