Honeywell’s Environment and Infrastructure team is looking for a highly qualified Advanced Numerical Analyst, in our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield, CO locations.
Key Responsibilities
Apply numerical modeling methods to generate first-principles models for a range of efforts, ranging from applied research & development up through prototype design & manufacturing
Inform approaches for planning, executing, and validating models to enable design maturation
Analyze experiment and prototype data to generate conclusions and recommended actions
Assess experimental uncertainties & risks, then recommend test plans considering those risks
Collaborate with scientists & engineers in a cross-functional team by documenting & communicating results across a broad array of disciplines, including program management
The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $113,000.00 - $141,000.00 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.You Must Have
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in development of numerical models for physical systems
U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
We Value
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Physics, Applied Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
Experience modeling a variety of thermal and/or mechanical processes, such as thermal transport, equilibrium thermodynamics, cryogenic material properties, fluid transport, vibrational behavior, and vacuum pumping
Strong knowledge of numerical programming methods in software such as MATLAB, Mathematica, Python, or similar software packages
Experience with cryogenic design, analysis, and experimental systems
Understanding of experimental design and uncertainty analysis
