QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, who can work systematically with handling and analyzing complex data and continuously improve our way of working and our strategy towards pharmaceutical crime. Also, we are looking for a candidate with flair for working internationally and who has culture awareness.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • have a masters’ degree in a natural science, engineering, communication, law or similar
  • have experience with production and/or quality assurance
  • have experience within pharmaceutical, medical devices or cosmetics industry
  • are fluent in both written and spoken English and a strong communicator
  • have experience in communication to health authorities

It will be seen as an advantage if you have experience within the pharmaceutical crime area.
On a personal level, you are analytical, have a strong quality mind-set that thrive with optimizing and simplifying processes. You are a team player that succeed in daily tasks balancing by the ability to drive and contribute to projects.

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities will include to:

  • handle complex customer complaints within the area of falsified products
  • escalate serious counterfeit incidents to the global product protection forum
  • interact with health authorities
  • optimize and implement procedures for managing falsified product cases
  • monitor and analyze trends related to customer complaints on falsified product

To succeed in this role, you:

  • have a masters’ degree in a natural science, engineering, communication, law or similar
