Description:

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in a related specialized area or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. J-STD_001, 002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA std’s certification may be required within 30 days of hire.

Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

With your keen eye for the detail, the Advanced Quality Specialist enables efficient and effective Incoming Inspection and the high quality performance of our suppliers. You’ll create and maintain material control / inspection plans. You’ll work with our program teams to assure supplier compliance to contract quality requirements and customer needs. We’ll rely on you to review and disposition purchased material discrepancies and initiate, facilitate, drive and verify corrective actions and implementation. You’ll use tools, data and metrics to assess performance of internal processes and suppliers and respond to any negative trends with analysis and action plans. We’ll rely on you to drive continual improvement.
