Description:

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our team that is excited about developing a career in a dynamic, challenging, innovative sector.
We’re looking for someone that is smart with the potential to learn and grow. You will be excited about helping our clients solve problems and be happy to get stuck in and do whatever is required to get the job done.
To be successful you will probably have a marketing, psychology or communications degree and will be a passionate and ambitious team player. While agency experience isn’t required, hands-on experience through internships, summer work experience, or side projects in marketing, comms, or media will be valuable.
Your core responsibilities will revolve around building and maintaining great client relationships by delivering outstanding work. You will be an efficient project manager working across the agency with the production, media and digital teams to make sure projects are delivered on time & budget. You will be a good communicator and confident writer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong marketing, psychology or communications degree
  • Good internships, summer work experience, or side project experience
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaigns - resources, timelines
  • Communications with Clients - Managing WIP comms (Work in progress meetings)
  • Client/Industry research - assisting with strategic foundation work for your clients
  • Understand clients business, customers, brand - you will be a clear and confident about the work we need to do
  • Copy/Social Media - preparing email, social, draft retail copy
