Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist in managing day-to-day client communications, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and budgets for advertising campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional platforms.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the implementation of creative projects, ensuring quality and attention to detail at every stage including coordinating the creation and execution of advertising materials and campaigns across various platforms.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies, campaigns and competitor activity, providing data-driven recommendations for advertising efforts. Prepare reports and presentations to showcase campaign performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and strategists to ensure seamless project delivery to support in the planning, development of advertising campaigns to support sales and branding objectives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, and managing invoicing and budgets.
