Responsibilities:
We have a vacancy for a new role managing our team of debt and benefits caseworkers and overseeing quality of advice in our general advice service.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with great communication skills, well organised and able to manage competing demands in a busy environment.
You will need a strong commitment to working in a team and enabling and supporting our staff to deliver excellent services to our clients.
