3P-TEC, a beneficiary of the EIC Tech to Market Venture Building Programme and backed by the University of Bremen, is looking for an entrepreneurial profile with business acumen and solid knowledge in the Agrisector to join the project to support the team in their journey of bringing their technology to the market and building the company from scratch, complementing the solid technical expertise of the current founders.
About the project:
3P-TEC project have unlocked the potential for plants to have three parents two fathers and one mother. Leveraging this discovery, the team have established a high through-put cutting-edge platform for generating, analysing, and detecting these triparental plants. Based on the experience and the requirements of the seed breeding companies, 3P-TEC offers the entire pipeline spanning from conceptualisation to commercialisation of the value-added seeds, tailored to their specific needs. +info

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Entrepreneurial experience in the Agri-business or related sector, with a proven track record of successfully developing and bringing innovative products to market.
• Strong understanding of deep technology and its applications in Agri-business or related sector.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the [Agri-business, Licensing and Intellectual property rights and related sector].
• Prior experience in private and public fundraising.
• Prior experience leading teams in executive positions.

Educational background

• Business, or engineering degree. Master and Phd. will be valued.

As an Advisor, you will collaborate with the founding team for six months, guiding and supporting the business validation process. Following this period, you will become eligible to continue as an Advisor once the company is incorporated or explore other roles related to the commercialization strategy.
During the six-month residence, you will participate in and receive support from the EIC Venture Building Programme. The main goal throughout this period will be to build a solid business plan while establishing a trustful relationship with the current founders.
