Description:
Being a Compensation Strategy Advisor for the Executive Compensation Team at the Bank means actively participating in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and policies for various employee groups, including executives. Your organizational skills, ability to process, analyze, and present data, and effective collaboration with colleagues on various annual processes and projects will have a positive impact on your team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an annual compensation process (year-end exercise), including planning, programming, communication, and execution of the process.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of processes, contribute to development, maintain and continuously optimize the compensation team’s tools.
- Actively collaborate with the compensation strategy team by conducting analyses and making recommendations related to:
- Various compensation practices (job evaluation, market benchmarking, monitoring variable compensation programs)
- Special projects
- Presentations to various committees (risk oversight working group, human resources committee, executive team)
- Disclosure in the management circular
- Manage the annual executive compensation surveys process, including technological aspects, communications with vendors, and implementation of results in our compensation tools.
- Plan, execute, and control assigned activities.
- Establish collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to better meet the sector’s objectives.
