The Advisor, Organizational Development (OD) & Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance by driving strategic HR initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing OD strategies, policies, and processes, and ensuring the effective management of HRIS to improve HR efficiency and employee experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development and HRIS management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • We are seeking candidates with reputable HR certifications, such as CHRM, CB, CIPD Level 3, or PHRi

Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and talent management programs.
  • Manage and optimize the HRIS to ensure seamless HR operations and accurate data reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and provide solutions to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Implement HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
