JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources, the Organizational Development (OD) Advisor will play an integral role in developing and implementing a range of OD programs and initiatives designed to build an organizational culture that drives performance and engagement. The candidate will contribute to the development of a best-in-class employee experience including designing and implementing an onboarding program, career pathing, L&D strategy, development plans, across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations or Administration, Human Resources option (master’s degree in Organizational Development is an asset);
- 3+ years of related work experience in organizational development;
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of deliverables simultaneously;
- Focus on results, optimization, and simplification of approaches and tools;
- Demonstrated ability to develop visual presentations and reference materials tailored to different audiences;
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with strong visual presentation skills and attention to detail;
- Must be a bilingual communicator (written and verbal), including facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analysis, understand business challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Provide expertise on change management, develop communication strategies, training programs, and resources to facilitate smooth transitions;.
- Collaborate on culture change initiatives, identify and manage impacts on the organization;
- Create compelling and engaging onboarding content working collaboratively with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop and maintain robust training plans;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of OD strategies and tools to optimize their effectiveness;
- Enhance talent management programs and processes with focus on goal setting, performance management, and succession planning;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and identify opportunities to increase engagement and enablement;
- Develop and maintain evaluation methods to assess OD and L&D program strengths and identify areas for improvement;
- Analyze metrics and create reports to evaluate and adapt OD strategy;
- Coordinate the delivery of training programs, which may include scheduling programs, liaison with trainers/presenters, confirming participation, booking training rooms/virtual sessions, producing and distributing training materials.
