Description:
We are a fast-growing international high-tech company offering high-performance non-destructive testing solutions for the inspection of critical components. On a day-to-day basis, we develop, produce and market non-destructive testing devices: sensors, probes, robotic solutions, etc., as well as the necessary operating software. Our instruments have applications in a variety of industries, including oil & gas, aerospace and nuclear.
Responsibilities:
- Assist P&C Business Partners Managers in designing, executing and initiating all HR programs, activities, and yearly procedures, including performance management, compensation annual processes, transformation projects, succession and workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and operational effectiveness.
- Act as the main contact for all frontline P&C transactional needs within your assigned business lines, while also providing coaching and support to managers to address their specific requirements.
- Aid the PCBP manager in tracking HR metrics, analyzing trends, and proposing continuous improvement measures.
