Advisor, Quality and Sustainability

The role supports Volue’s ability to provide value to customers in line with the Volue mission, specifically through continuous improvement and sustainability efforts.
In the field of continual improvement, Quality and Sustainability Advisor takes part in internal and external audits, identifying areas for enhancement. The role also collaborates on impactful projects that emerge from internal planning or audit findings to ensure certification maintenance. The expected results are set by the yearly action plans.
Quality and Sustainability Advisor works closely with both the Head of Quality and Sustainability and his/her team, as well as the CISO who is the domain accountable for Information Security. The nature of projects involved in the position require collaboration across multiple functions.

• Collaborate with the successful implementation of internal improvement initiatives that emerge from internal planning or audit findings.
• Assist with quality assurance of processes, and monitor results as appropriate.
• Provide support to the organization and COO in the establishment of OKRs
• Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of both internal and external audits, overseeing performance assessment.
• Contribute to the development of project strategies, frameworks, and methodologies, leveraging her/his analytical skills and subject matter expertise.
