JOB SUMMARY

The Advisor, Indirect Procurement is responsible for end to end sourcing for an indirect category(ies). This job
develops relations with category business partners to understand and determine the sourcing needs of the
business. The Advisor, Indirect Procurement executes the competitive bid, negotiation, contracting processes
and/or technical continuous improvement for assigned commodities or services. This job leverages spend
analytics and market intelligence to identify cost optimization opportunities in the sourcing of goods and
services. Indirect Sourcing including categories such as marketing, temporary staffing, finance, HR, legal, consulting, distribution operations, manufacturing operations, Software as a Service, Data.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Indirect Sourcing Category Lead for assigned categories
• Primary Sourcing business partner support for key stakeholders within assigned indirect categories
• Work closely with indirect suppliers to source indirect goods and services
• Initiate, negotiate and finalize new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing indirect supplier contracts
• Manage Request for Proposal (RFP) events within assigned indirect categories
• Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders
• Review and approve Ariba purchase requests within assigned categories

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field
• 3-4 years of experience in related field
• Strategic Sourcing (indirect or direct) experience
• Supplier management, contracting and negotiation experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and inclusively.
