• Executing and leading workstreams within medium to large scale ERP transformation projects
• Leading requirement gathering sessions and workshops with client stakeholders
• Closely working with clients to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications for ERP implementations
• Developing and documenting detailed business process flows and future state designs in MS Visio / Confluence using BPMN 2.0 standards
• Performing fit-gap analyses between client requirements and ERP system capabilities
• Collaborating with solution architects to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Providing functional inputs during system configuration and customization discussions
• Developing test scenarios and drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions with client stakeholders
• Supporting clients on change management activities to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions
• Analysing clients’ business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
• Assisting in developing business cases and ROI analyses for ERP / digital initiatives
• Assisting in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Leading small to medium-sized teams in delivering project deliverables
• Providing support in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess current digital systems/ tech landscape, processes and technologies
• Training and mentoring internal teams/ junior team members on various digital tools, technologies and methodologies
• Leading post-implementation reviews to capture insights, learnings and areas of further enhancement
• Participating in business development activities, including proposal support
• Working closely with managers and staff and play a key role in client management and practice development
• Maintaining a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services
• Assisting managers to promptly identify and resolve client problems or issues
• Communicating (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
• Adhering to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
• Completing all assigned projects tasks in a timely manner
