Faimy Amar & Co. Legal Consultants is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Consultant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: LLM (Master of Laws) preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of legal experience in the UAE.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ajman, UAE.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE laws, excellent legal drafting skills, and proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
  Competencies: Attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

  Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

• Provide legal consultation and advice to clients on various legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent clients in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and dispute resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist in corporate structuring, compliance, and business setups.
• Liaise with government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies.
• Handle litigation, intellectual property rights, and legal documentation.
