Amazon External Fulfillment Services (AEFS) provides fulfillment technology services to third-party companies, helping them to improve their fulfillment capabilities for the benefit of our Customers. As a Commercial Manager, you will have a dual role. On one hand you will work with Amazon stakeholders to rollout strategic projects allowing AEFS to scale its services across the different Amazon business lines and geographies. To achieve this, you will support the launches of new buildings and rollout of new Amazon improvement initiatives.
On the other hand, your role will be external-facing as you will be the commercial counterpart for the AEFS final customers. This will include supporting tenders, framing and negotiating service agreements and being the customer’s ambassador towards the internal teams.
Key job responsibilities
- Work with third party logistics providers: collecting their needs with regards to the AEFS scope of services, gathering data, and translating those into requirements to the internal teams.
- Support 3PL vendors in request for quotations (RFQ) and site renewals
- Drive contractual approvals and signatures with both internal and external stakeholders
- Support rollout of Amazon continuous improvement initiatives in 3PL sites
- Provide AEFS quotations to 3PL vendors for consulting services.
