AEM Back-end Developers wanted! We are looking for a Regular/Senior Java Developer with Adobe Experience Manager knowledge, to join our E-commerce/Customer Experience Competency Center.
We have more than 50 people onboard focused on delivering Adobe-based solutions for international clients. Our current projects include a corporate website for one of the biggest European banks, a corporate website for a trading company from the UK, and a corporate website for the packaging industry.

Your role

  • Develop high-performance, multi-threaded software, following architectural guidelines
  • Ensure high quality and performance of the code
  • Optimize application performance
  • Support the project in all aspects of development thanks to the close cooperation with developers and testers
  • Work with respect to Agile principles with the Development Team and Product Owner

Your skills

  • Experience in programming web applications in Java 8+ (min. 2 years)
  • Ability to develop applications built on AEM 6.x (min. 1 year of experience)
  • Knowledge of the Apache Sling framework (especially Sling Models) and Apache Felix
  • Familiarity with document database concepts (JCR) - the preferred Apache Jackrabbit Oak framework
  • Good knowledge of Java EE issues
  • Understanding the basics of the HTTP protocol
  • Ability to create and use REST API
  • Experience with JSON, XML
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
