Responsibilities:

  • Communicate daily with team and reporting lines, preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required.
  • Oversee preparation of AEOI filing analysis and other output for delivery to clients
  • Review deliverables of the team and assist production where necessary
  • Provide guidance to Individual Contributor-level staff
  • Manage communications and ongoing relationships of AEOI clients, their investors, and other external and internal stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of Information regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, including industry research and analysis as required
  • Review and provide feedback on self-certifications and IRS withholding forms
  • Read and interpret Financial Statements in order to determine account values
  • Local AEOI portal registration/de-registration, communication and trouble shooting
  • Research, analyze and provide recommendations for process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
