Description:
We are an opportunity for an Aerothermal Project Engineer to join us at Honeywell Aerospace within Advanced Tech team based in Yeovil. In this role you will play a crucial role in the early stages of technology development. Your primary focus will be on managing our external V&V process and on managing our relationships with key collaboration partners such as technology developers and test houses/laboratories.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience of running Verification & Validation projects
- Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and presenting your concepts to different stakeholders
- Good ability to be able to influence
- Highly advantageous in the understanding thermofluids and/or aircraft thermodynamics

Responsibilities:
- Manage our relationship with key V&V suppliers, ensuring that they deliver test results at an acceptable price, quality, schedule.
- Manage relationships with key collaboration partners, maintaining their drumbeat of delivery to our projects.
- Own and maintain the risks associated with these key project and delivery partners.
- Present progress to stakeholders at various positions within the organisation and provide a two-way conduit for communication between stakeholders within the project and external parties.
