We are seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Sales Manager with a strong background in the aesthetic industry and extensive market knowledge in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aesthetics, 10 years of market knowledge in the UAE, and a track record of at least 3 consecutive years in one company. Additionally, candidates must have worked as a Medical Sales Representative or Product Specialist for at least 3 years in the UAE and hold a valid UAE driving license.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in the aesthetic industry in the UAE
✅ At least 10 years of UAE market knowledge
✅ Proven track record of 3 consecutive years in one company
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative or Product Specialist in the UAE
✅ Strong network and connections within the aesthetic and medical field
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Must hold a valid UAE driving license
✅ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the aesthetic industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including clinics, dermatologists, and aesthetic centers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in the UAE market.
• Provide expert knowledge on aesthetic products and solutions to potential and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct training and presentations for clients on product benefits and usage.
