OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare services and treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments, combined with your ability to communicate effectively and promote products, will contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  Pay: $60.00-$150.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week

Experience:

• aesthetician: 1 year (preferred)

• Perform a variety of aesthetic services including holistic facials, microneedling, laser treatments, injections, etc.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and retail sales techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience while achieving sales goals.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent guest services and follow-up communication.
