• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in affiliate management and affiliate strategy execution.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Line management experience desired but not essential.
• Existing experience with commercial partnerships and CLO’s would be desired.
• Confident working with budgets, targets, and data.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Team mindset; happy to dive in across all levels and support where is needed.
• Takes initiative to drive new ideas and constantly thinking of what we can improve.
