Description:
After Sales Customer Care Coordinator (Napanee, Ontario)
Our client has been building award-winning communities of quality and distinction across southern Ontario for over three decades. They are looking for an After Sales Customer Care Coordinator with 3-5 years in a similar experience.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Customer Care team with respect to file reviews, upgrades, purchaser information and trade inquiries etc.
- Respond to purchase / Homeowner inquiries and deficiency reporting within 24 hours.
- Liaise with Trades in regards to scheduling, and upgrades.
- Responsible for communicating with Tarion when inquiries are made, manager must be notified and a response to Tarion issued within 24 hours.
- Schedule Per Delivery Inspections (PDI) appointments with Purchasers as requested.
- Prepare and send out PDI packaged and homeowner information material, including creating and printing Certificate of Completion and Possession (CCP) .
- Schedule Technicians/Manager to conduct PDI when required.
- Create weekly reports on outstanding work and forward to the Manager.
- Create service files for all sites.
- Support other Coordinators when they are not available or need assistance.
- Conduct research for Customer Care team when required.
- Update service calendar with conciliation dates and cancelations.
