Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least a electrical/heating/cooling vocational school. Would be good Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or Engineering (Mechanical) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Must have previously worked in the field of home appliances technical service for at least 3 years.
- Good knowledge of Product Knowledge, Manufacturing Process, Home Appliances Maintenance and Repair, Product Development Process, etc.
- Good knowledge of the Home Appliances Repairing Industry especially coffee machine & After-sales Service.
- Familiarity with Home Appliances product development processes especially coffee machine.
- Good skills in Microsoft office, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Good abilities in learning, problem-solving, and communication.
- Willing to work on weekends & public holidays
- Have a driving license A & C
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers after they have purchased our products
- Work closely with our CRC team to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints about our products
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with our products
- Repair and replace defective parts
- Perform preventive maintenance on our products
- Provide technical training to our customers
- Keep accurate records of all service work performed
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
- Experience with a variety of products in the industry.
- Strong understanding of Coffee Machines B2C & B2B spare parts
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
