Description:

We are hiring 2 After Sales Representatives* to partner with our dealership network and provide technical clarification for quality claims! You will manage claims across EMEA countries, ensuring cost-efficient solutions based on Steelcase’s policies.

  • Location: Rosenheim, Munich or Schiltigheim

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Ideally, you have already worked in a customer-facing role.
  • You have a good technical understanding and are motivated to learn new things.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You work in a service- and solution-oriented manner.
  • You have a friendly and competent manner on the phone and in correspondence.
  • You are confident in using a PC and the common MS Office applications.
  • You have very good IT skills, and ideally have experience with merchandise management systems such as SAP/R3.
  • Problem-solving competence and strong communication skills are just as much a part of your personality as the ability to work in a team and open-mindedness.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the main contact person for our customers in the German-speaking market.
  • You communicate with our customers partly by telephone and mostly in writing in order to offer them a quick and targeted solution to their request.
  • You process customer and product inquiries and coordinate at the interfaces between production, logistics and assembly.
  • You are part of an international team in quality, production and customer service and help drive the continuous improvement of our products and processes as part of the team.
