THE JOB ITSELF
Leconfield Primary School is a small, rural primary school. We pride ourselves on the happy, friendly and welcoming ethos that exists within our school.
The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, cheerful, caring and professional person to work in our busy and very popular after school club.
Main duties will include:
- Supervising children eating
- Supervising and creating play & craft activities
- Preparing & serving light snacks
- Washing up and light cleaning as necessary (wiping tables, washing / sweeping floors)
The successful applicant will:
- Put the needs of children first
- Have experience of working with children
- Have a cheerful, positive approach and be able to maintain professional relationships with everyone
- Be adaptable to varying situations
- Follow instructions & use common sense
- Implement all school policies consistently and fairly
