The role and the team
You will be joining multi-culture and mixed group of nationalities of energetic and communitive people. We at the Heart of Operations and the frontline between Customers and transportation companies. We are a control tower and focus on providing outstanding customer service to our shippers and carriers.
We are routinely interacting with multiple departments across the organization in a fast-paced work environment. Your primary role will be to focus on ensuring our partners are 100% serviced, by answering the inbounds calls that our Support Line is receiving or directly contacting our business partners. Whether it is providing a simple piece of information or facilitating a complex solution you will a pivotal role in the day to day success of our business. You will start with an extensive training program that will teach you what you need to know about the transportation industry and Coyote’s systems. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist carriers and shippers as needed
  • Make outbound calls to track and update status of existing shipments
  • Create incidents as needed and notify appropriate parties, escalating where necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with external carrier & customer contacts and internal sales and ops reps
  • Understand account operations and execute on exceptional customer service

Essential Skills, Characteristics, & Experience:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Extreme multi-tasking and prioritizing ability
  • Attention to detail and confident decision-making skills
  • No transportation experience necessary
