Join our dynamic Marketing team as we search for a passionate and customer-centric individual to fill a pivotal role. As an essential member of the team, you will report directly to the Snr Product and Marketing Manager and lead the marketing function for our Aftermarket - Parts & Service turf equipment business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns and programs, managing the brand, and overseeing the marketing budget. Your work will align with both annual and long-term plans, ensuring consistent and effective marketing efforts..

• Prepare, develop, and implement marketing objectives, strategies, and promotional programs across the Parts and Service portfolios.
• Prepare and manage the Aftermarket (Parts and Service) budget, reports, and forecasts, ensuring they are up to date.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for Parts and Service to enhance profitability.
• Utilise CRM platforms for segmentation, tracking, and data reporting.
• Develop and interpret post-campaign and program analysis for continuous improvement and effectiveness.
• Manage creative agencies to ensure a clear and concise approach to planning activities.
• Coordinate and manage web-based marketing to ensure ROI and build Toro’s reputation and profile.
• Maintain contact with all suppliers, key customers, and associations to achieve business objectives.
