Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
Embark on an exceptional journey with Jet Aviation as Aftermarket Sales and Services Manager. For our team in Basel at the Euro Airport, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to deliver exceptional support to our global customers on aircraft parts and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services.
Responsibilities:
- Champion of Customer Success: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing parts sales, engineering services, and other services – from wheels and brakes to emergency equipment and engine overhauls
- Project Oversight: Oversee off-site refurbishment projects, ensuring timely and top-quality delivery that meets every customer’s expectations
- Solution-Oriented Advisor: Issue detailed quotations, handle engineering queries, and make strategic purchasing and sales decisions tailored to each client
- Collaborative Team Player: Work with a dynamic team, embodying the values of the organization as you represent us with industry groups and regulatory bodies
