Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
SPG Dry Cooling is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Project Manager to join our EMEA Aftermarket team. As AFM Sales manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales process, and closing deals for After Sales activities. You will work closely with our engineering and site service teams to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will report directly to EMEA Aftermarket Leader. In addition to Sales activities, you will have the role of project manager to coordinate and ensure the follow-up of small to medium sized Aftermarket projects.
Responsibilities:
AFM SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Identify potential aftermarket service opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through outbound calling, site visit and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop proposals and contracts for aftermarket service activities
- Prepare AFM proposals (Technical, Budget, Timing)
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Travel up to 40% may be required
AFM PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate small to medium size AFM project including interface with Clients
- Technical Support and validation
- Define tasks and required resources
- Collect and manage project team
- Manage the project budget
- Place POs to sub-suppliers
- Ensure successful execution of aftermarket contracts
