POSITION:

We are looking for a well organised, customer - focused person to join our aftersales team at Yeovil Ford.
You will need to have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone. Be able to work in a busy environment, plan and prioritise and possess the desire to consistently deliver excellent customer service. Good IT skills, with the ability to learn quickly.

The successful candidate should be reliable, flexible, punctual and a great team player as the dealership is always busy .IT literate and well presented, you will deal with customers face to face and over the telephone.

Main duties will include:

  • Telesales via internal and external customer base, covering trade & retail sales.
  • Retail front counter
  • Related and promotional up-selling
  • Skilled depot & back counter duties
  • General parts admin duties

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Great telephone and customer handling skills
  • Quick to learn and retain information
  • Positive attitude and good sense of humour
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
