Aftersales Consultant

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE

A modern and rapidly growing dealership is urgently seeking an Aftersales Consultant to bring expertise, energy, and excellent organizational skills to their team. To apply, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor within a high-end volume or premium brand dealership, along with solid technical knowledge of systems like CDK, Keyloop, Kerridge, or IAL. A polished appearance, strong articulation skills, and excellent communication abilities that go above and beyond to ensure each customer feels valued are essential. Additionally, strong attention to detail and efficient workflow are critical. If you have availability to start immediately, that would be a great advantage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a high-end volume or premium brand franchised dealership
Must have working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK and/or IAL.
Extremely well presented and articulate
Ability to start immediately (Highly beneficial)
