- Proven experience as a Service Manager / Aftersales manager in a franchised environment
- Confidence in managing departments and teams
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving and identifying solutions
- Confident with MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all processes and aspects of the service and parts departments, ensuring budgeted labour sales and profits are achieved
- Manage your teams, processes, and departments, so they run efficiently and to the highest possible standards. Provide performance reports and analysis
- Review customer satisfaction scores, and drive the service team’s performance forward
- Manage, coach, motivate, and support your team members
- Guarantee all aspects of Health and Safety including waste disposal and environmental requirements and legislations are adhered to
