AGC Biologics is a global bio-tech company with several sites around the world. In this role, you will be an important part of the Reception & Service team in our Copenhagen site located in Søborg. Together with the rest of the team, you will support and assist the whole organization: you will take care of general front-line services, administrative and practical in-house tasks.
The position is full time (37 hours/week) and working hours will be between 07:00 – 16:30, Monday – Friday.
Typical tasks can be for example:
- Support and back-up for Reception: calls, emails, visitor registration, ordering office supplies, flowers, gifts, taxis
- Support and back-up for Service Team: help in catering for meetings, help with storage and distribution of kitchen supplies
- Preparation for meetings, events and clearing of meeting rooms when needed
- Mail handling: check and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries
- Preparations for welcome kits for NEW employees
- Support in registration for access-keys and ordering access cards
- Updates in company intranet, Actimo and Share Point
- Other ad hoc tasks
