Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team collaborates closely with creators, influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to foster a real-time environment that unites communities worldwide, facilitating meaningful and interactive connections.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Internship or equivalent work experience in creator management, particularly in managing influencer agencies and/or Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), demonstrating an understanding of the industry’s dynamics and requirements.
  • Professional, patient, and effective communication abilities when interacting with talents and influencers, showcasing the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication ensures effective interactions across diverse groups.
  • Strong ability to work in a result-oriented and data-driven manner, utilizing metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and measure success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or having established connections in modeling, content creation, media, TV, celebrities, and livestreaming platforms, providing valuable industry insights and networks.
  • A keen sensitivity to cultural trends, coupled with a deep understanding of the content industry and creator economy, enabling the identification and leveraging of emerging opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen in newly emerged industries, demonstrating the ability to understand and capitalize on evolving market dynamics and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated potential in managing and growing creator networks and influencer partnerships, showcasing the ability to nurture and expand these relationships effectively

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute TikTok LIVE Latam’s agency growth strategy for recruiting, retaining, and scaling agency businesses on the platform.
  • Design benefit systems and growth programs to incentivize better performance and sustainable revenue growth for agencies.
  • Conduct day-to-day management with agency managers and creators, providing support for content and platform guidelines while iterating strategic programs to deliver business results.
  • Create LIVE showcases with successful agencies to highlight the positive impact of collaborating with the platform within the agency community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute in-app and out-of-app campaigns, driving participation and results from agency creators.
  • Track metrics for agency growth and performance, conducting regular analysis to generate insights and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver agency empowerment programs focused on scaling operations and revenue potential, facilitating knowledge transfer from top agencies to emerging ones, and sharing platform content tips and trends to enhance LIVE performance and revenue generation.
