Position – Agency Manager
Job Description
- To lead and manage a minimum portfolio of 10 Retail Sales Manager to achieve the objectives set in the annual sales plan.
- Provide Training support to the Financial Service Advisors (FSAs).
Competency Requirement
- Activity management skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management Skills.
- Training and developing people.
- Policy Management skills
- Strong Recruitment Drive
Qualification
- Minimum of 5years in Sales and Marketing of Insurance Business
- Minimum of First Degree BSC/BA /HND/ND
Remuneration
- Fixed Pay /Variable Allowance + Commission.
Location – Ijebu Ode / Abeokuta / Epe /shagamu
