Seer is a remote first agency and Certified B-Corp with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego. We can only consider candidates based in the US who are able to work continental US based hours.

This role is dedicated to internal operations, emphasizing project management and resourcing within our internal divisions. Candidates must have prior internal resourcing experience in Operations or Project Management, preferably within a digital agency.

  • Strong resource management and staffing skills
  • Experience in client project oversight and management
  • Familiarity with program management and development of program goals
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on program progress
  • Knowledge of KPIs and process improvement
  • Proficiency in building and automating processes and workflows
  • Experience with operations business intelligence
  • Ability to deploy and manage company-wide processes and changes
  • Strong communication and partnership skills with division leadership
  • Ability to recommend and implement operational improvements

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with divisions to drive operational efficiency and manage staffing and resourcing processes
  • Launching and facilitating organization-wide operations initiatives within assigned divisions
  • Creating, managing, and translating resource allocations into the Capacity Planning process
  • Providing oversight of client projects, ensuring project management and resourcing standards are met
  • Setting up client projects with in-scope deliverables, retainers, and other elements.
  • Acting as an accountability partner to division Account Managers and maintaining deliverable templates
  • Gathering and analyzing data about the division’s client project portfolio.
  • Managing programs for client projects and developing program goals, strategies, and objectives
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on program progress against objectives.
  • Building and automating processes and workflows in Seer’s work management technology stack
