Triple Whale is seeking to hire our first Australia based Agency Partnerships Manager with experience working for an ecommerce tech company. While this role will start as remote, we anticipate moving to in-office in Melbourne as we expand. You will report directly to the Head of Agency Partnerships who is based in the U.S.
Being an Agency Partnerships Manager at Triple Whale means being a positive, results-orientated, and influential individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone and put yourself out there. Our ideal candidate has proven experience managing multiple ecommerce agencies, building strong relationships, and providing a world-class customer experience.
This position is remote based in Melbourne. Candidates residing in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, or Auckland may be considered

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of proven experience as an Agency PM in the ecommerce tech space.
Rolodex of agency relationships in the marketing and Shopify Dev space.
Self-starter with a strong motivation to succeed.
Experience working at a high growth start-up is preferred.
Able to move quickly, think strategically, and have superb execution.
Passion for building relationships, and helping agency owners succeed.
Committed to customer satisfaction and a passion for customer success.
$90,000 - $90,000 a year
$90,000 is the base salary and will be paid in AUD equivalent

Responsibilities:

Manage Triple Whale’s top partners in APAC and build strong relationships with their teams.
Adeptly handle multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
Advise prospects and customers on how Triple Whale can improve their agency’s ROI and clients’ marketing performance.
Build strong relationships with agencies and clients to successfully onboard them to Triple Whale.
Consistently represent Triple Whale in a way that makes us proud.
Maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM, actively update sales activities, sales pipeline, and all sales data.
