Team Introduction
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.
GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Sales Process Support : AO / P2
- Support in creating enablement slides presentation
- Create detailed post reports summarizing events or MoM or campaign performance. Included but note limited to : lessons learned, next action, and areas for improvement
- Shadow account managers during client meetings or calls to gain exposure to professional client interactions
- Learn about the industry, market trends, and client-specific needs to contribute meaningfully to discussions
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect and organize sales data for analysis, generating insights and reports for the sales team
- Create performance dashboards or trackers to monitor key account performance
- CS ID weekly reporting revenue
- Ad Management
- Appeal rejected ads
- Research and document client’s competitor advertising activities to identify trends and opportunities
- Administrative Support
- Coordinate logistics and handle other administrative tasks to support client-facing activities
- Draft meeting minutes and follow up on action points after internal or client meetings
- Help develop FAQs or troubleshooting guides to address common client questions
- invoice related activities, e.g. invoice cancellation + tax memo
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Available to work 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months.
- A passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TikTok environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to learn quickly and Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Have experience as PM / BI / PMO / Sales / Marketing Background as intern. Preferably from multinational companies, tech and or retail companies.
